According to police reports, Anabel Lopez was arrested on manslaughter charges by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office after Oscar Alvarado was shot and killed in January. She was released on bail shortly thereafter. Lopez failed to follow the conditions of her bail however, leading the court to revoke her bond and issue another warrant for her arrest.

According to the precinct, constable deputies located Lopez on Tuesday, September 3, and arrested her in the 7700 block of Misty Fern. Lopez’s new boyfriend, who was with her at the time of her most recent arrest, was also charged with hindering apprehension.
