This year’s season tickets and weekly football game tickets will be sold through Etix, Inc. Last year’s season ticket holders will have the first option to renew season tickets. Renewal instructions and a link from Etix will be emailed by July 20 to previous ticket holders.
The season ticket renewal period runs from July 23 to August 3 until 4 p.m. The Berry Center office will be closed on Friday, July 27.
Season ticket holders may renew, add, remove, or relocate to current available seats during the renewal period. However, no refunds or exchanges are available.
Season ticket sales for new season ticket holders begin Aug. 6 at 8 a.m.
There are three ways to renew your season tickets:
- Online 24 hours a day at www.cy-fairtix.com. You can only utilize this option if simply wishing to renew your previous order from last year. Returning ticket holders will need to use their email address as their user name during the login process.
However, if you are wishing to change your previous season’s order, you must utilize one of the following two options:
- Contact the Etix call center at 800-514-3849.
- In person at the Berry center Athletic office, located in Suite 1401, at 8877 Barker Cypress Road, Entrance No. 2, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
There will be a $1.50 charge per order for all mailed tickets.
The season ticket price is $7 per ticket, which is the same as last year plus a $4.50 fee per order for online purchases or renewals at home or at the Berry Center.
Payment forms accepted: cash, check and credit card in person or credit card online.
