CYPRESS — Three CFISD football teams won their bi-district postseason games Nov. 11-12 and advanced to the area playoffs Nov. 19, 2021.
In the Class 6A Division I playoff bracket, Cy-Fair and Jersey Village high schools won their Region III matchups:
- Jersey Village defeated Houston Westside, 56-23, on Nov. 12 at Pridgeon Stadium. The Falcons will meet Katy Tompkins on Friday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. at Pridgeon Stadium (11355 Falcon Road).
- Cy-Fair beat Houston Lamar, 16-14, on Nov. 12 at Houston ISD’s Delmar Stadium. The Bobcats will face Fort Bend Ridge Point on Friday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. at Katy ISD’s Rhodes Stadium (1733 Katyland Drive).
The Cypress Woods Wildcats ended their season as Division I Region II-6A bi-district finalists following a 52-20 loss to Klein Cain on Nov. 12.
The Cypress Ranch Mustangs ended their season as Division I Region II-6A bi-district finalists following a 49-35 loss to Klein Oak on Nov. 12.
In the Class 6A Division II bracket, Bridgeland® High School won its Region II bi-district game to advance to area:
- Bridgeland® defeated Klein Collins, 34-33, on Nov. 12 at Klein Memorial Stadium. The Bears will meet The Woodlands College Park on Friday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. at Conroe ISD’s Woodforest Bank Stadium (19115 David Memorial Drive) in Shenanoah.
The Cypress Park Tigers ended their season as Division II Region II-6A bi-district finalists following a 52-29 loss to Tomball on Nov. 11.

For Jersey Village’s game at Pridgeon Stadium, season ticket holders can purchase tickets and they will be held through Monday, Nov. 15. Any remaining tickets will be made available to the general public beginning Tuesday, Nov. 16. Tickets can be accessed on the cy-fairtix.com website. Tickets can also be purchased in-person Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or on the day of the game from 8 a.m. to noon in the athletic department located at the Berry Center (8877 Barker Cypress Road, Suite 1401, use Entrance No. 2). Only current season ticket holders may purchase tickets in-person on Monday, Nov. 15. General public tickets will become available for in-person purchase on Tuesday, Nov. 16. Tickets will also be sold at Jersey Village High School beginning Wednesday, Nov. 17.
For Cy-Fair’s road game at Katy ISD’s Rhodes Stadium, tickets will be sold online through Katy ISD beginning Monday, Nov. 15.
Tickets for the Jersey Village and Cy-Fair games will be sold for $8 (adults) and $6 (students) apiece, while tickets at the gate will be sold for $10 apiece.
