Aragon MS student struck while crossing street (Update: Driver located)

UPDATE: CFISD police report the driver and vehicle have been located, and that the department’s investigation will be presented to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for charges.

CYPRESS TEXAS — According to police reports, at approximately 4 p.m. a student was struck while crossing West Rd. near Aragon Middle School, Tuesday, April 9, 2019.

The Cypress Fairbanks ISD Police Department said the driver fled scene, with a 4-door sedan that is blue or green, similar to a Toyota Corolla with possible damage to passenger side and is missing the side mirror.

UPDATE: CFISD Police released two images of the suspect vehicle Wednesday morning.
