Bold Fox Development Closes on 470-Acre Waller Property

WALLER — Bold Fox Development — in a partnership with HistoryMaker Homes, Chesmar Homes and Empire Communities — has closed on 470 acres in Waller, Texas, for a new, agrarian-inspired residential community.

The tract is along Highway 290, FM 362 and Owens Road and was purchased from the Wood family.

“This community will provide much-needed attainably-priced housing in the city,” said Alex Kamkar, Managing Shareholder of Bold Fox Development. “We want the community to have a pastoral ambiance in homage to the wonderful prairie land this region is known for. Future homeowners will be able to enjoy the quaint rural setting the City of Waller offers, while the proximity to Highway 290 provides an easy commute to employment in The Woodlands or the energy corridor.”

Alex Makris and Jeff Pittman with NAI Partners handled the transaction for the seller. Duane Heckmann and Kirk Laguarta represented the buyers. Capital advisory services were provided by Michael Zarola and Cooper Glass with Land Advisors Capital.

The community will offer approximately 1,200 homes by builders HistoryMaker Homes, Chesmar Homes and Empire Communities. Pricing has not yet been determined.

Bold Fox Development is actively developing Venetian Pines in Conroe where home sales are expected to begin next month. Last fall, the company closed on a 20.8-acre tract in Tomball.
