CYPRESS — 17 CFISD athletes representing spirit, soccer and softball, were named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) Class 6A Academic All-State teams for the 2018-2019 school year.
To qualify for the academic all-state team, players must be seniors, hold a grade-point average of 94 percent or above for their freshman, sophomore and junior years, and be a varsity participant of good moral character.
Cy-Fair High School graduate Jordan Barnhart (No. 23) was among the 17 CFISD student athletes named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 6A Academic All-State teams in spirit, soccer and softball.
