CFVFD, HCSO rescue victim from downed electrical pole

CYPRESS TEXAS — Around 8 p.m., Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department responded to an electrical pole down at the Highway 290 outbound feeder road near Bauer Road.

The electrical hazard situation resulted in the CFVFD EMS transporting one patient to higher care.

A citizen reported the incident to the Cypress News Review, and that the Harris County Sheriff’s Office had temporarily shut down the road.
