CYPRESS — Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Deparment EMS crews and Memorial Hermann Life Flight assisted Harris County Constable Precinct 4 with a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of the Northwest Freeway and Hempstead Road in Cypress Sunday night, Aug. 18, 2019.
According to the CFVFD, one patient was transported by Memorial Hermann’s Life Flight air ambulance, and a second patient was transported by CFVFD EMS to a local hospital.
Harris County Constable – Precinct 4 investigated the incident.
