The Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the 15300 block of West Little York Road early Sunday morning, July 21, 2019.
According to CFVFD, the first crews on the scene quickly extinguished the room and contents on the second story of the townhome. Residents were able to safely escape with their six dogs without any injuries.
CFVFD said crewmembers determined that the fire started from an unattended candle left burning in a bedroom.
