Constables arrest suspect on third driving without license charge


CYPRESS — On July 19, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 11200 block of Falcon Road. The Precinct 4 office identified the driver as Joel Junior Camarillo.

According to the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, during the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that his driver license was invalid since 2016 and his vehicle did not have valid financial responsibility. Further investigation revealed that he had an open warrant and prior conviction for Driving While License Invalid.

“Joel Junior Camarillo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While License Invalid – 3rd Offense,” said Constable Mark Herman. “His bond was set at $500.00 out of County Court 15.”
