CYPRESS TEXAS — District 17-6A softball coaches recently released the 2019 All-District 17-6A Softball Team following the conclusion of each team’s season in the UIL playoffs.

Cypress Creek High School senior pitcher Idalia Alarcon was voted Most Valuable Player. Cypress Ridge senior Krystal Huynh repeated in being named Offensive Most Valuable Player, while Cy-Fair senior Hannah Scheaffer also repeated in earning Defensive Most Valuable Player honors.
Spring Branch ISD’s Memorial High School earned two superlatives – Mia Garza was named Newcomer of the Year and Head Coach Stephanie Mosley was named Coach of the Year.
Cypress Ridge High School senior Krystal Huynh was named the District 17-6A Offensive Most Valuable Player for the second consecutive season.
