HARRIS COUNTY – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11800 block of Hillbrook Drive in reference to a theft of a firearm (Sept. 1, 2018).
Upon deputies arriving, the complainant reported that her 20 Gauge Mossberg Shotgun was stolen from her bedroom.
After a thorough investigation, Constable Deputies were able to locate a witness who stated that they observed the complainant’s ex-husband, Ryan Lemay enter the residence and leave with the stolen shotgun. It was later discovered that sold the shotgun to a local pawn shop.
“Ryan Lemay was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Theft of a Firearm and Felon in Possession of a Firearm,” said Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman. “His bond was set at $6,500 out of the 228th District Court.”
