“A” Rating in New TEA Accountability Ratings

[HOUSTON] – Harmony Public Schools Houston South and West Districts has earned an “A” in the Texas Education Agency’s first accountability ratings since the COVID pandemic began.

All six schools in Harmony Public Schools Houston West District earned an “A” rating. Three out of six campuses in Harmony Public Schools Houston South District received an “A” rating while the other three campuses earned a “B” rating.

“These results showcase the hard work and dedication of every educator in the Harmony Public Schools Houston South and West Districts. They uphold the quality of excellence our students receive every day,” said Ramazan Coskuner.

The TEA graded schools and districts on three criteria: student achievement, student progress and how well the school is closing its learning gaps.

Harmony Public Schools is currently accepting applications for the 2022-23 school year for students and team members.
