HARRIS COUNTY — The Harris County Community Services Department (HCCSD) is developing the 2019-2023 Consolidated Plan, which will outline the community development and housing needs of Harris County for the next five years.

As part of the public participation and planning process, the department is soliciting input from individuals and service providers though a general public survey over the next few weeks. The input you provide is essential in helping shape the goals and objectives of the consolidated plan and helps us determine the activities that will be funded in the areas of housing, infrastructure, neighborhood services and facilities, and community and homeless services. The department is relying on your personal and professional insight to identify funding gaps and develop methods to address those gaps.

Any help and information you provide will contribute toward developing the five-year goals and strategies and objectives of the consolidated plan for Harris County.

Please complete the survey and feel free to pass it on to other employees, partner organizations and individuals you serve. Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing back from you.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact the department at plancomments@csd.hctx.net.
