KATY – The Precinct 5 Constable’s office saw a longtime officer sign off and retire recently.
With a quarter century of law enforcement service under his belt, Sgt. Arnold Hinojosa took to the radio one last time and made his final call.
“Sergeant Arnold Hinojosa, a beloved fixture at Precinct 5, officially signed off for the final time today after 25 years of service,” the department said in a public message. “We will miss his heartwarming smile, wise guidance, warm sense of humor, and exceptional culinary skills as well. Enjoy a well-deserved rest and an extended vacation Sergeant! We wish you the best and thank you for all you’ve done.”
