BEAR CREEK — Deputies with Constable Ted Heap’s Office have arrested a man wanted for exposing himself to children at a community pool in Northwest Houston.
Martin Hood, 59, is charged with indecent exposure.
Hood exposed himself on August 13 at the Bear Creek Fairway community pool in the 4700 block of Hidden Springs. A lifeguard saw Hood in the act and immediately ordered several children playing at the other end of the pool to get out of the water. Hood then left the pool and drove away.
After a thorough investigation, Precinct 5 deputies identified Hood and obtained an arrest warrant for him. He was booked into the Harris County jail on Wednesday, September 5.
