Investigators Charge Second Suspect in Shooting Of 7-year-old And Need Public’s Help In Locating

Violent Crimes unit investigators have charged a second man in the drive by shooting that wounded a 7-year-old on Saturday, December 8, 2018.

Investigators are searching for 18-year-old Brandon Wayne Savoie, he is charged with tampering or fabricating evidence in relation to the shooting incident.


Savoie allowed Omarion Bailey to drive his vehicle, while he was riding in the passenger seat of the 2003 Infiniti.

The two spotted an 18-year-old male they had a previous altercation with, driving a late model Cadillac at the intersection of Fort Stanton and Gray Hawk in west Harris County.

Bailey fired a handgun several times at the vehicle, striking it and the complainants 7 year-old brother in the back seat.

After the shooting, Savoie tried to hide his vehicle and remove Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) from the car.

Omarion Bailey is currently in custody and awaiting arraignment.

Brandon Savoie is a white male, 5’7 in height and weighs 140lbs. He has blond colored hair and blue eyes.

The photos attached have Savoie and Bailey and a recent booking photo of Savoie.
