CYPRESS — Come learn about the power of positivity in your personal and professional life in the upcoming “Your Attitude is Showing” talk at Lone Star College-CyFair.
Dennis S. Brown, president of Destiny Investments, who is also known as “Mr. Attitude” by his peers, says “motivation is an inside job.” He uses humor, wit and humanness in his “attitude adjustment” seminars that inspire a positive attitude in life and work. His goal is to motivate others to take action.
“Many of his clients experience improvements in performance immediately after attending his professional, yet entertaining seminars,” said Ellen Junious, LSC-CyFair business professor and series coordinator. “Participants will learn to deal more effectively with difficulties in life by paying attention to one’s attitude.”
This free community event will be held Nov. 13 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Center at 9191 Barker Cypress. Light refreshments will be served; however, space is limited.
The Speaking of Business Series is designed to enhance the personal and professional development of future business and community leaders.
LSC-CyFair’s Business and Communication Studies Division is hosting this event in partnership with North Harris County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
