Justice for Sierra: First murder charges filed on Presler (Updated)

CYPRESS — Harris County Sheriff deputies have filed the first murder charges for the shooting death of 20-year-old Sierra Rhodd that happened late Sunday evening.

According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, late last night, Emma Presler, 18, has been charged in the murder of Rhodd.

“The shooting was possibly intended to be in retaliation against the victim’s 15-yr-old brother due to an on-going feud with several individuals. The investigation remains on-going. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477).”

Gonzalez added that Presler is booked in the Harris County Jail on on an unrelated charge.
