HARRIS COUNTY — HCSO Violent Crime investigators say that Omarion Philip Bailey turned himself into HCSO deputies at the 49 San Jacinto Bonding Office late last night.
He is now under a $185,000 bond and has a court date of January 8, 2019.
Investigators say that 19-year-old Omarion Philip Bailey, shot into a vehicle that was driven by an 18-year-old male along with his 6 and 7-year-old brothers.
On Saturday, December 8, 2018, at around 2:00pm, Bailey was driving a late model Dodge Stratos, when he saw the complainants Cadillac Escalade at the corner of Fort Stanton and Grey Hawk in far west Harris County.

Bailey shot at the vehicle while it was stopped at the intersection. The 7-year-old was hit by gunfire in the upper back.
The child was driven to Katy Memorial Hermann Hospital , and later transported by life-flight to Texas Children’s Hospital (Medical Center). He is currently in good condition and is expected to make a full recovery. The other child and male were not hit by gunfire.
