CYPRESS TEXAS — Children ages 9-12 will be drawn to Lone Star College-CyFair’s “Get Magnetized” event Saturday, April 13.
Come explore the properties of magnets, learn about magnetic fields and gain some real life applications of magnets with a variety of hands-on activities.
LSC-CyFair’s Education Department pre-service teachers have teamed up with the children’s library staff to host this magnetic event in the Conference Center at 9191 Barker Cypress.
The 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. session is limited to 25 participants.
Parents must accompany children to the sessions and are asked to arrive an hour in advance to pick up session ticket in the children’s library.
