Man arrested for deadly conduct, pointing shotgun at residences

CYPRESS — Officers with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14400 block of Cypress Valley Drive in reference to an in-progress weapons disturbance, yesterday.

According to the precinct, upon arriving officers learned that a male had a shotgun and was pointing it at residences and racking the shotgun back and forth — placing the homeowners in imminent danger.

Officers located and detained the suspect, who was identified as Sied Tounsi. Deputies recovered a shotgun, which was seized to be used in his trial.

“Sied Tounsi was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with deadly conduct,” said Herman. “He received No Bond out of County Court 16.”
