CYPRESS — Officers with the Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office arrested a man who had broken into a resident and hid in a shower, yesterday (Oct. 16, 2019).
According to police reports, Joshua Jackson, was arrested at a residence on the 15,300 block of Montes Landing Drive.
“Joshua Jackson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass of a Habitation,” Constable Mark Herman stated in the press release. “His bond and court information have not been set at this time.”
According to the report, Jackson beat on the front door of the residence and refused to leave. Prior to the constable deputies’ arrival, Jackson broke a window and entered the residence. Once on the scene, officers found him hiding in a shower, where he was detained and identified.
