SPRING TEXAS — On March 6, 2019, Constable Mark Herman promoted four supervisors within the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, which provides police coverage for the northern half of Cypress, and much of the areas around Spring and Tomball.

According to the office, each were chosen for promotion based on a review of their dedicated work performance in combination with a proven desire to be leaders.

Herman also hired 10 new deputies who will start in their new assignments this Saturday.
