Pct. 4 Constables arrest 4 suspects for narcotics in Hockley area


HOCKLEY TEXAS — On April 11, 2019, Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit conducted several traffic stops resulting in the arrest of suspects in possession of Crack Cocaine.

According to police reports, the Constable Deputies gained intelligence that the narcotics were being sold from a residence in the 24200 block of Wild Horse Lane.

Constable Deputies were able to obtain a search warrant for the residence in question. Once the search warrant was executed, deputies located several suspects and illegal narcotics within the residence.

The suspects were identified as Johnny Johnson, Johnny Johnson Jr., Elisa Terrell, and Larry Gertman.

According to the precinct, deputies recovered 1.96 ounces of Marijuana, 7.9 grams of Methamphetamine, 8.1 grams of Powder Cocaine and 2.9 grams of Crack Cocaine.

“All four suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail,” said Constable Herman. “Johnny Johnson was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Manufacture/Deliver and received No Bond out of the 178th District Court. Elisa Terrell was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Her bond was set at $1,500.00 out of the 178th District Court. Johnny Johnson Jr. was charged with Retaliation. His bond and court information have not been set at this time. Larry Gertman was found to have an open felony warrant out of Waller County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear. He was transported to the Waller County Sheriff’s Office were he will be held on No Bond out of the 506th District Court.”
