Pct. 4 Constables arrest suspect for third DWI offense


CYPRESS — A deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop that led to a driving while intoxicated arrest in the 1300 block of FM 1960, Wednesday (Sept. 5, 2018).

The driver was identified as Tawna Lambert.

During the course of the traffic stop, Lambert displayed several signs of intoxication. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered and it was discovered that Lambert was driving while intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that that this was Lambert’s third DWI offense.

“Tawna Lambert was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated – Third Offense,” said Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman. “Her bond was set at $15,000 out of the 338th District Court.”
