Pct. 4 Constables catch suspect red handed

CYPRESS — Precinct 4 Constable Office deputies responded to the 11950 block of Spring Cypress Road in reference to a male suspect breaking into the construction site, Monday (Aug. 13, 2018).

Upon arriving, they observed forced entry to the front gate and located a male suspect loading construction material into the back of his truck. The suspect was detained and identified as Julio Euceda.

“Julio Euceda was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with theft,” said Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman. “His bond was set at $500 out of County Court 10.”
