CYPRESS — At approximately 6:36 a.m. on October 31, 2018, Michael Lebron Maddron was crossing the southbound lanes at 11000 N. Eldridge Parkway while vehicular traffic was present on the roadway.
Maddron was crossing the roadway at a point other than a crosswalk and did not yield right of way to vehicles on the roadway. Maddron entered the direct path of a gray Honda Accord who struck Maddron. After being struck by the Honda Accord, a gold Pontiac Grand Am, who was driving behind the gray Honda Accord, ran-over Maddron. Maddron was transported to Memorial Hermann’s Trauma Center in the Medical Center by Memorial Hermann’s Life Flight and was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
This case is currently being investigated by the Vehicular Crimes Division of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
