CYPRESS TEXAS — Deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office are currently investigating two theft cases in the Cypress area where a bold suspect walked into the Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in the 26300 block of Northwest Freeway and stole the case register from the business and then attempted to do so at another Orange Leaf in the 15000 block of Fairfield Falls Drive.
According to police, both incidents occurred on Friday, February 15, 2019 during the evening hours.
The suspect was captured on video surveillance and is described as a white male, approximately 30-40 years of age, bald, stocky and has a goatee.
“We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this male,” said Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman. “Anyone with information is encouraged to contact our 24 hour dispatch center at 281-376-3472. Your information will be forwarded to the personnel handling the investigation.”
