HARRIS COUNTY — Precinct 4 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded the 10700 block of West FM 1960 in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle, Oct. 8, 2018.
Upon deputies arriving, the complainant stated an unknown suspect made entry into his vehicle and stole items, including his wallet.
Further investigation revealed that the complainant’s stolen credit card had just been used at a local business by the unknown suspect. Deputies obtained photos of the suspect from the store’s surveillance video. The suspect is described as a black male in his early twenties, wearing a black t-shirt and black pants, with goatee facial hair.
