CYPRESS — Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11800 block of Grant Road in reference to a male walking in and out of oncoming traffic, yesterday August 21, 2019. According the precinct, Constable Deputies attempted to remove him from the roadway for the safety of the male, identified as Elyjah Williams, and the motorists on the roadway.
