Precinct 4 Constables arrest suspect for terroristic threat


CYPRESS — Precinct 4 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to 10100 Peachridge Drive in reference to a terroristic threat, Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018.

Upon deputies arriving, the complainant advised that after a verbal altercation, a known suspect, David Barron threatened to kill her and forced the complainant’s daughter to leave with him, according to police reports.

Deputies located the suspect and the victim at a hotel located off the Tomball Parkway. The victim was found to be unharmed.

“David Barron was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat and Unlawful Restraint,” said Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman. “His bond was set at $2,000 out of County Court 02.”
