Precinct 4 Constables arrest two juvenile suspects for apartment break-in

CYPRESS — Precinct 4 Constables office deputies responded to the Discovery at Mandolin Apartments in reference to a break in, yesterday (Aug. 15, 2018)

A maintenance employee advised he observed an apartment door to be kicked in. The employee made entry and observed two suspects inside who then quickly ran outside and fled the location on foot.

Officers arrived in minutes and were able to detain one female juvenile down the road at the intersection of Perry and Tomball Parkway. The remaining suspect fled into a wooded area and deputies quickly set a perimeter and had a Constable K-9 unit respond.

After a brief search, the suspect was located and identified as a male juvenile.

“Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, charged with criminal trespass and evading arrest,” said Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman.
