Precinct 4 Constables recover stolen vehicle, arrest suspect possessing counterfeit money

CYPRESS — On December 5, 2018, deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11200 block of Beauvoir Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle call.

Upon deputies arriving, they located the vehicle and observed a male asleep in the driver seat.

Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was listed as stolen. Deputies detained and identified the male as Justin Flores who was found to have counterfeit U.S. Currency in his possession.

“Justin Flores was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Forgery,” Herman said. “His bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 208th District Court.”
