SPRING TEXAS — On February 19, 2019, deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office received notification of a possible robbery at the T-Mobile store located in the 7300 block of Louetta Road.
According to police reports, by using modern technology, deputies were able to track the suspect and the stolen property to the 15800 block of Champion Forest Drive. The suspect was identified as Dimitri Woodard who was found to be in possession of stolen cellphones.
Further investigation revealed that a T-Mobile employee, Kesean Carter, stole the cellphones from the business and had given them to Dimitri Woodard.
“Dimitri Woodard and Kesean Carter were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft,” said Herman. “They both received a $100.00 bond out of County Court 1.”
