Precinct 4 recovers stolen vehicle, arrests suspect

HARRIS COUNTY — On December 21, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 21600 block of Northcrest Drive in reference to a possible location of a stolen vehicle from Montgomery County.

While responding to the location, deputies observed the reported stolen vehicle on the 21800 block of Kuykendahl Road and initiated a traffic stop.

Constable Deputies apprehended the driver and was identified as Jack Brewer. During the course of the stop, Jack Brewer was found to be in possession of a “loaded” syringe that was sent for testing. Charges are pending upon analysis of the substance.

Further investigation revealed that Jack Brewer is currently suspected of being involved in various thefts in Montgomery County.

“Brewer was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with felony Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle,” Herman said. “His bond and court information have not been set at this time.”
