Precinct 4 takes down four men for assault and robbery

CYPRESS — On January 13, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a residence in the 12900 block of Ravens Chase Lane in reference to a robbery.

Upon deputies arriving, the complainant reported that a known male, Dalton Carroll, called him and asked to meet at this location.

The complainant stated that when he arrived to the residence, Dalton Carroll and the three other known males assaulted and robbed him before fleeing the scene.

Investigating Constable Deputies were able to locate all four suspects in the 19200 block of Midnight Glen and were identified as Dalton Carroll, Donald Felts, Taylor Stewart and Zachary Poore. The complainant positively identified them as the males who robbed him.

“All four males were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail and were charged with Robbery,” said Herman. “Dalton Carroll received a $20,000.00 bond. Taylor Stewart and Zachary Poore received a $10,000.00 bond each and Donald Felts received No Bond out of the 180th District Court.”
