KATY — Communications Officers are a valuable part of daily operations at the Precinct 5 Constable’s Office.

They are the first point of contact for those reporting crimes and often serve as a lifeline for deputies in dangerous and stressful situations.

Constable Ted Heap is happy to announce the addition of four new Communications Officers to the precinct today: Heather Cain, Deborah Nabors, Leeanne Pinder and Tiffany Richards.
