Precinct 5 Citizens Police Academy has a few seats open for next class


KATY TEXAS — The Office of Constable Ted Heap, Harris County Pct. 5 is set to kickoff its ninth Citizen Police Academy on Feb 21st.

Seating is limited and only a few spots are available for this class, which will be held every Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. for 11 weeks.
