KATY — A the Precinct 5 headquarters, Constable Ted Heap welcomed three new deputies to the Precinct 5 family.
Deputies Jameer McGowin, Shane Wyrick and Richard Balderaz were sworn in today (Sept. 28, 2018), with close friends and family on hand to join them as they had their badges pinned on for the first time.
