update

According to the HCSO: “On Saturday, January 23rd, 2021, at approximately 8:15 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 12655 Crossroads Park in reference to a shooting.  Upon their arrival on scene, they discovered the complainant, Justin Davis, collapsed in front of his apartment with multiple gunshot wounds.  Davis was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

It was learned by investigators that the complainant had gone outside his apartment and became engaged in some type of confrontation with another black male.  The black male was described as wearing a white muscle shirt and a red hat.  Family members reported hearing gunshots outside the apartment and then discovering the complainant. It is unclear what the motive for the shooting was or what the circumstances were leading up to the shooting.

No other suspect description or vehicle description was available.  Investigators ask that anyone with information regarding the incident contact CrimeStoppers of Houston or the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit.”
