Sheriff looking for murder suspects involved in Sept. 23, 2018 incident

HARRIS COUNTY — Sheriff’s Office homicide investigators have released a video of a vehicle that was used in the capital murder of two men in north Harris County.

On Sunday, September 23, 2018, at approximately 1 a.m., HCSO district 1 patrol units were dispatched to a shots fired disturbance call in the 10100 block of Ella Falls Blvd (Fallbrook Subdivision) in north Harris County.

Upon arrival, units found two adult Hispanic males (brothers) identified as Nicolas Garcia, 44, and Baldomero Garcia, 39, shot inside a garage at this location.

EMS personnel arrived and pronounced both victims dead at the scene.

Witnesses reported that a birthday party was taking place inside the garage when two young black males approached the garage on foot.

Unprovoked, the suspects began shooting into the garage, striking both victims.

The unidentified suspects fled the scene. No known motive at this time.
