CYPRESS — Lone Star College-CyFair Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) Department continues the Education Speaker Series with the Oct. 17 “Effective Classroom Management” panel discussion.
“Join our expert panel of current educator professionals to explore ways to establish a positive classroom climate,” said LSC-CyFair Education Professor Shamim Arastu. “Come learn about preventative discipline and how to handle classroom management challenges when they arise.”
Attendees will also have an opportunity to engage in a Q&A with the guest panelists from around the Houston area.
Among the panelists are Elizabel Garcia, TechTeach Site Coordinator and Instructor – Houston College of Education, Texas Tech University; and Christi Herring, Behavior Interventionist – Holbrook Elementary School at Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District.
