Take a Break for Crafty and Cocoa L.I.F.E. Lessons in December

CYPRESS — Lone Star College-CyFair’s December L.I.F.E. programs feature a paint project and hot chocolate recipes for attendees to enjoy or perhaps give as hand-crafted holiday gifts this year.

These free Learning, Inspiration, Friendship and Enrichment (L.I.F.E.) programs are typically held every other Wednesday at noon. Join the live virtual presentations and view past programs that are accessible on the YouTube playlist.​

December 1: Painting with Jill
Join Jill Vu, Specialist II Library Services, as she teaches all how to paint a monochrome “happy tree” filled landscape in a relaxing and crafty hour program. Email Jill.C.Vu@LoneStar.edu to reserve your supplies and then pick up your painting kit by Nov. 30 at the LSC-CyFair library Reference Desk.


December 15: Hot Chocolate
It’s hot cocoa season! Learn the secret to making the perfect cup to cozy up with this winter. Join Paula Gonzales, Library Director of LSC-Houston North, as she shares Hot Cocoa recipes.
