Two officers join Precinct 5 ranks

KATY — The Precinct 5 Constable’s Office swore in two new deputies today (Aug. 31, 2018).

Deputies Jesus Flores and Salman Ghaffer were sworn in with their parents, wives and children watching along with our other sworn deputies.

These deputies will spend several weeks in training, rotating among different shifts and divisions before they are placed in their first assignments.
